2025 is going to be a big year for The SOURCE, and there is much to be excited about. We are excited to introduce several new team members and celebrate some big accomplishments.
A warm welcome to our four new resource navigators:
Amani Muragwabugabo brings an extensive background in project management, data analysis, and logistics operations along with a passion for mental health and empowering communities. He’ll be supporting clients in West Michigan and advocating at the community level to ensure underserved groups have access to the tools they need to succeed.
Jacquelyn VanDyke brings a background in program and project management along with a commitment to serve. She has experience working in education and public health, and a strong network of community partners – especially along the lakeshore. She’ll be the primary support for our employer partner, MillerKnoll, across all of their locations in West Michigan.
Sophia Chen’s background in psychology and customer service position her well to support clients throughout West Michigan. She is excited to connect with the diverse range of people The SOURCE works with to ensure they feel heard and empowered and is looking forward to helping others in our community achieve their personal and professional development goals.
Vanessa Lopez leverages her social work degree and professional experiences from a variety of human service settings-including child protective services, refugee support, and free healthcare clinics, to ensure her clients’ needs are met. She is committed to providing culturally responsive care to everyone and will be supporting employers throughout West Michigan.
And congrats to several of our team members on big milestones!
