The SOURCE is offering free tax preparation services to Grand Rapids residents. As an authorized Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) site, our certified volunteer tax preparers have been helping West Michigan residents maximize their federal, state, and city taxes since 2005. Anyone whose household earnings were less than $65,000 in 2023 is eligible for this no-cost service.
Daytime and evening appointments are available and we have both English and Spanish speaking volunteers available to help. We are scheduling appointments now—call us at 616.452.5295 to set up an in-person appointment at our Grand Rapids office. We can also help you schedule an appointment at another VITA tax site if you prefer a different location.
The SOURCE helped prepare 511 tax returns in 2022—an estimated tax preparation savings of more than $112,000!
