2024 was another groundbreaking year for the SOURCE. We experienced record-level need, with The SOURCE supporting 1,078 clients in overcoming more than 2,200 unique barriers. Housing and transportation remain top barriers, and for the first time we saw food assistance rise to a “top three” need. We strengthened our community partnerships to ensure we could provide the support our clients needed when they needed it. With SOURCE support, our clients saw increased improvements in credit scores —supported by the introduction of our Financial Empowerment curriculum; increases in first-time homeownership and increases in vehicle ownership —including through a pilot “Ways to Wheels” program. Our partnership with AYA Youth Collaborative is helping us reach a new client group – young people in need of career readiness support as they enter the workforce. We are extremely grateful to our employer and community partners, and our clients who continue to place their trust in us, and we are so proud of the impact our team made in 2024.
