The SOURCE’s 2025 Impact Report is Available

2025 was a monumental year for The SOURCE! We launched our expansion into Southeast Michigan while supporting 1,080 clients to overcome 2,597 barriers. Housing, transportation, food assistance, and utilities remained top challenges for clients in 2025. Despite growing challenges for many, we helped clients increase credit scores and emergency savings, become first time home owners and purchase a more reliable vehicle. 2025 marked our twenty-first year doing taxes but our first year as a stand-alone VITA site­ -- we helped nearly 1,000 clients and community members with free tax preparation services! We remain grateful for our employer and community partners who continue to be instrumental in our ability to help clients overcome barriers to employment.
